Job description:
- Record daily production results, including output, downtime, and production constraints.
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing divisions to ensure that raw material and finished goods stock is sufficient and in good condition.
- Conduct production and stock data analysis to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Using an ERP system or inventory software to monitor raw materials and finished goods.
- Create production schedules and prepare periodic production and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with production team to overcome constraints in stock planning and management.
Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3 year experience in PPIC or Supply Chain/Inventory Management is preferred, preferably experience in the manufacturing industry
- Mastering Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF Formula, etc.).
- Proficient in production and inventory related calculations ( Ratio, Percentage, Unit Metric Conversion, EOQ, etc. ).
- Understand the concept of Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen (added value).
- Have analytical and problem solving skills.
- Have good communication and teamwork skills.
