Job Title : HRGA Officer
Salary : Rp 5.000.000 - Rp 6.000.000
GCM Hero Indonesia is currently looking for a HRGA to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee performance evaluations and training programs.
- Assist with payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
- Manage office maintenance, supplies, and procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Oversee company facilities, including vehicles, office equipment, and infrastructure.
- Handle company licenses, legal documents, and renewals.
- Support internal events, company meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Manage general administrative support across departments.
Qualifications:
- Min. Diploma Degree Secretary / Office Administration, Management Business.
- Freshgraduate are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite Or Google Suites).
- Fluent in English is a must.
