PT BARA PRAMULYA ABADI is looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor Production to join our team immediately!

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Location:

Seradang, South Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and safety
Lead and coordinate production teams to achieve targets
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Monitor equipment and production output, and report any issues to management
Provide regular updates and reports to the Production Manager

Requirements:

D3/S1
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role (preferably in mining)
POP Certification (Mandatory)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and in remote site conditions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to be placed at site
