 PT Reins Marindo Indonesia adalah perusahaan hasil kerja sama antara Reins International Inc. dari Jepang dan PT Marindo Boga dari Indonesia. Didirikan pada 11 Maret 2015, perusahaan ini bergerak di industri restoran dan makanan, mengoperasikan merek-merek ternama seperti Gyu-Kaku, Shabu Shabu On-Yasai, dan Kappa Sushi.

PT Reins Marindo Indonesia memiliki lebih dari 48 outlet yang tersebar di berbagai kota di Indonesia, termasuk Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, dan Bali. Selain itu, terdapat outlet franchise di Yogyakarta, Malang, Makassar, dan Palembang.

HRGA Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection Head Office and Store.
  • Responsible for the planning, development (training and development program).
  • Responsible for event and activities HR at Head Office and Store.
  • Including talent acquisition from internal and external.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers (KPI).
  • Compensation Benefit (end to end payroll process)
  • Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for future roles.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Law, Management, or Human Resource Management.
  • Have minimum 3 years of work experience in a Food and Beverage or Retail company is preferred.
  • Have experience in startup company
  • Having experience in all HR & GA activity at least 10 years
  • Fluent in English. (Japanese will be good)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and target oriented.
