  • Pelacakan Pengiriman: Pelanggan dapat memantau pergerakan kontainer secara real-time melalui alat pelacakan yang disediakan oleh KMTC.

We are currently looking for an HR & GA Staff to join our team at PT Korea Marine Cargo Services (a joint venture between PT Samudera Sarana Logistik and Korea Marine Transport Co., Ltd). This position will be based in Cakung Cilincing, North Jakarta.

Responsibility:

  • Help ensure company policies align with labor regulations and assist in legal document handling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and attendance reports.
  • Assist with payroll input, BPJS, leave, and employee benefit coordination.
  • Oversee office supplies, facilities, and asset management to support daily operations.
  • Facilitate communication between management/department heads/principal and employees
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources or any related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years HR experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill in English
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision as well as a team player
  • Advanced excel skill and mathematical skill would be highly appreciated
  • Honest, discipline, and creative
