WE'RE HIRING: ADMI EXPORT-IMPORT
We are looking for a competent Import-Export Staff to join our team!
Qualifications required:
- Minimum D3/S1 in a relevant field (preferably International Business, Logistics, or related)
- At least 1 year of experience in import-export or international logistics (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Understanding of import-export procedures and customs regulations
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Able to work under tight deadlines with great attention to detail
- Communicative, able to work independently and in a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the import and export process in compliance with applicable regulations
- Prepare and review import-export documentation
- Coordinate with relevant parties (forwarders, shipping lines, customs) for smooth shipping
- Prepare shipment reports and ensure compliance with international regulations
- Analyze and plan strategies to improve the efficiency of the import-export process
