 PT Bintai Kindenko Engineering Indonesia (PT BINKEI) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang mekanikal, elektrikal, dan perpipaan (MEP), termasuk layanan rekayasa, pengujian, commissioning, dan pemeliharaan operasi. Didirikan pada tahun 2012, PT BINKEI merupakan joint venture antara PT ACSET Indonusa Tbk, Bintai Kindenko Indonesia Holdings Pte Ltd, dan PT VS Lighting Control.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management SDM, industrial Engineer
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Employer Branding
  • Having experience in the recruitment field will be a plus
  • Have good interpersonal skills, time management skills, and branding
  • Placement Head Office, Jakarta

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a positive Employer Branding strategy
  • Design content on the company's social media
  • Establish relationships with external parties, such as educational institutes and other communitios
  • to implement employer branding strategies.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external engagement events.
  • Develop and implement corporate culture internalization programs and ensure organizational values are embedded in all programs.
  • Mobilize all employees to be actively involved in the development of corporate culture
  • Evaluate and make improvements to the culture internalization program
