  • Sparepart Supervisor

SPAREPART SUPERVISOR

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to speak Mandarin.
  • Minimum 2 years experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in SAP system, familiarity with specific products and parts within the industry prior experience in a spare parts role, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Purchase spare parts at the local level
  • Ensure proper and regular orders to suppliers
  • Plan purchases based on historical demand
  • Process the dispatch of parts and spare parts for repair workshops and customers
  • Ensure purchased parts meet quality standards
  • Provide regular reports to management about stock mavement, stock deliveries, and other field related progress

QUALITY CLERK

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to speak Mandarin
  • Minimum 1 years experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and observation skills
  • Effective communication and reporting skills
  • Able to use Ms. Office
  • Able to complete task on time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Assisting in creating and compiling reports as needed
  • Provides general clerical support in the areas of record keeping, filing, data entry, scheduling and other tasks as needed
  • Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality within assigned job
