QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Aministration, or a related Field
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Profficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Fluent in English
• Basic Knowledge of HR Functions, Labor Laws, and Best Practices is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Update and Assist Tracking Employee Attendances, Leaves, and Absences
• Update and Monitoring Finger Employees
• Assist in reporting Manpower to Internal and External Parties
• Support in reporting all documents employees to Payroll
• Maintain and update employee contract files and records.
• Support All Audit Activities
