Kipinä Kids Indonesia adalah jaringan prasekolah dan taman kanak-kanak internasional yang menerapkan Kurikulum Finlandia yang Disempurnakan, dirancang untuk anak-anak usia 2 hingga 6 tahun. Mereka menggabungkan pembelajaran berbasis bermain dengan hasil terstruktur untuk mempersiapkan anak-anak memasuki lingkungan sekolah K12.
Pendekatan "Intentional Play-Based" yang diterapkan oleh Kipinä menekankan pembelajaran melalui bermain sesuai prinsip yang diterapkan di Finlandia. Lingkungan pembelajaran yang aman, higienis, dan ramah lingkungan dirancang untuk menumbuhkan imajinasi dan kreativitas anak.

Kipina Kids Indonesia is looking for a General Affair (Surabaya Area)!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree all majors
- Min. 3 years experience in the same field.
- Ability to analyse, evaluate, initiate and have good leadership.

- GA Management, Asset & Building,
- Cleaning & Security,
- Unit Operational,
- Facility,
- Permit & License
Job responsibilities:
- Make sure that the GA team performs well.
- Controlling and managing OB, driver, and maintenance staff.
- Responsible for maintaining good communication with suppliers, vendors, or other company stakeholders.
- Responsible for office asset procurement, asset maintenance, and recording of all office assets.
- Responsible for lease agreements and permits related to office needs.
- Handle complaints from employees about company facilities and infrastructure.
- Responsible for the company's operational vehicle.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the company's work area.
- Supporting company events (regarding assets).
- Domicile: Surabaya.
