PT Yili Indonesia Dairy adalah anak perusahaan dari Yili Group, produsen produk susu terkemuka asal Tiongkok yang telah menduduki peringkat pertama di Asia selama sepuluh tahun berturut-turut.Pabrik Es Krim Terbesar di Indonesia:
Pada 10 Desember 2021, Yili Group meresmikan tahap pertama Pangkalan Produksi Susu Yili Indonesia di Kota Bekasi. Setelah penyelesaian tahap kedua, fasilitas ini akan menjadi pabrik es krim terbesar di Indonesia dengan kapasitas produksi harian mencapai empat juta produk es krim.
Produk dan Ekspansi Pasar:
Sejak peluncurannya pada tahun 2018, es krim merek Joyday telah tersedia di 260 kota di 26 provinsi di Indonesia. Selain memenuhi kebutuhan pasar domestik, PT Yili Indonesia Dairy juga mengekspor produknya ke negara-negara di Asia Tenggara, dengan ekspor mencapai lebih dari 1.000 ton per tahun ke 16 negara.

1. Business Development Manager (Central Jakarta)
Job Description:
- Managing distributor to achieve sales growth, excellent distribution and develop high.
- 80% time spend in the field; coaching, monitoring, development and ensure operational excellent.
- Excellent in designing PJP (Journey Plan), territory management and control.
- To ensure excellent implementation of the National Trade Marketing program.
- Develop the assigned market in terms of penetration, value/volume transaction.
- Continuously conduct asset tracking in order to avoid any missing asset/unproductive assets in the future.
- Able to provide the required data and information as well as to analyze them for further improvement.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Technical Competency: Strong in field sales, Leadership, Communication.
- Language Competency: English proficiency is MUST.
- Experience: minimum 5 years in well known FMCG company.
- Preferable from ice cream industry or from FMCG with multi distributor operating model.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and distributor team.
- High computer literacy : PowerPoint, Words and advance skill in Excel.
2. Business Development Manager (Tangerang)
