Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Law.
• At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, training, and employee development.
• Strong understanding of labor regulations and laws.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Placement at Head Office, Kawasan MM2100, West Java.

Job Description:

1. Design and implement HR policies aligned with the company’s business strategy to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement a performance management system, including setting, tracking, and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.
3. Oversee the recruitment process to ensure alignment with company standards.
4. Manage and implement employee development programs to enhance both soft and hard skills.
5. Supervise employee performance and administer performance management programs.
6. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, mediation, and complaint management.
