1. Internal Control System Staff - Purbalingga

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist farmers in implementing organic farming practices according to applicable standards
  2. Ensure product traceability from farming and maintain supply chain integrity
  3. Conduct field inspections to ensure farmers’ compliance with standards
  4. Manage documentation of inspection results, training, and other relevant activities for external audit preparation
  5. Identify non-compliance, provide corrective action recommendations, and ensure implementation by farmers

Requirements:
  1. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Agrotechnology, Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Industrial Engineering, or Forestry
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant position
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  4. Understanding of organic regulations, GIS, and social engagement
  5. Willing to be placed in Purbalingga, Central Java

2. Maintenance Supervisor - Cibitung

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all production and utility machines function properly according to the capacity and production schedule
  2. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential technical issues
  3. Supervise technicians in performing preventive maintenance and repairs
  4. Manage emergency repair tasks efficiently
  5. Direct the technician team to complete tasks according to priorities
Requirements:
  1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering,
  2. Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
  4. Strong skills in problem analysis, maintenance & repair, and energy management
  5. Willing to be placed in Cibitung, Kab. Bekasi

3. Preventive Maintenance Technician - Cibitung

Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs on production machines
  • Conduct maintenance on production machines
  • Implement improvements or modifications on production machines
  • Provide spare parts for production machines
  • Perform tasks as instructed by the User
Requirements:
  1. Minimum education: Vocational High School or Diploma in Mechanics / Mechatronics
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  3. Skilled in preventive maintenance
  4. Willing to be placed in Cibitung, Kab. Bekasi

4. Technician Support Staff - Cibitung

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform repairs on production machines
  2. Conduct maintenance on production machines
  3. Implement improvements or modifications on production machines

Requirements:
  1. Minimum education: Vocational High School or Diploma in Mechanics / Mechatronics

5. QC Analyst - Lampung

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct testing, use reagents accurately, operate laboratory instruments and equipment, and perform validation
  2. Test product stability
  3. Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization
  4. Procure necessary items for Quality Control
  5. Manage retain samples
Requirements:
  1. Minimum education: Diploma or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Food Technology, or Agricultural Product Technology
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

6. QA Intern - Cibitung

Responsibilities:
  1. Update the database in CMS (FC-Flow Chart, Spec, SDS, Statement, Halal, Kosher, Allergen, GMO, COO) for product SKUs
  2. Organize PSA (Product Spec Agreement) documents in NAS, collect PSA from each customer's folder, and synchronize with PSA in QC
  3. Organize HACCP Liquid & Powder matrix documents
  4. Map and organize the masterlist of materials and vendors (hard & soft files)
  5. Implement 5S for hard and soft files
Requirements:
  1. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Science
  2. Detail-oriented, organized, and a great team player
  3. Ability to work quickly and take initiative
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  5. Willing to be placed in Cibitung, Kab. Bekasi
