Job Description

PT Geoservices adalah perusahaan Indonesia yang didirikan pada tahun 1971, berfokus pada penyediaan layanan untuk industri pertambangan. Seiring waktu, perusahaan ini telah berkembang menjadi penyedia layanan eksplorasi yang terintegrasi penuh, mencakup berbagai sektor seperti minyak, gas, batubara, mineral, dan panas bumi. 

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications for the project.
• Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms and social media.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for the project.
• Screen resumes and CVs, managing job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation.
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations.
• Build and maintain good relationships with local manpower institutions (Disnaker, Kecamatan, Kelurahan) for local hiring.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods.
• Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR.
• Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person).
• Willingness to travel to Jakarta and site Minas Riau.
• Experience in handling recruitment for EPCI projects.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Psychology.
• Experience in developing recruitment strategies.
• Strong desire for professional growth through networking and ongoing opportunities.
