On behalf of our client, currently we are hiring for this position: 

Position: Production Engineer Section Head

Industry: Manufacturing

Location: Karawang

Job Description: 

1. Break down Customer's Drawing to create bill of material
2. External supplier specification to provide standard cost structure and instructions for manufacturing
3. Deciding on the effective use of resources, e.g. raw materials and equipment
4. Detailed instructions for manufacturing process of new part (Approve Standard Operation Procedure for manufacturing line base on IS0:9001 and IATF16949)
5. Full responsible for APQP implementation
6. Preparation and Setup New line and provide all requirement
7. Ensure ergonomic of production Jig fixture (Jig Board and tester board)
8. Investigating ways in which the latest technology could improve the productivity rate of the manufacturing system; Continuous Improvement (KAIZEN)
9. Analyze daily productivity & quality Issue, implement preventive and corrective action
10. Do Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VA/VE) for cost reduction

Requirements: 

1. Minimum Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering 
2. Has Experience in engineering field in wire harness industry min. 5-7 years 
3. Has experience as supervisor at least 3 years in manufacturing company 
4. Good Leadership
5. Understood of industrial engineering method
6. Can Read drawing or redrawing 
7. Expert to using Autocad
8. Expert to implementation KAIZEN
9. Understand IS0:9001 and IATF16949
