Job Description

Job Detail

Handling the installation of new PCs, Laptop, and other peripheral devices.
Handling of installations system such as windows 10/11 and configure network settings for work space
Performing standard repairs for hardware/software
Analyzing the failed equipment (Laptop/PC) according to the established procedures and taking the appropriate action
Assist the support calls and conducting the general diagnostic for troubleshooting
Maintenance of the desktop software
Analyze desktop problems related to connectivity to network/Server/Application environment
Report desktop problems and their solutions to technical leader

Skill Requirements

Bachelor or Diploma degree majoring in Information Technology or related field.
Have 1 year experience in the same field
Have an excellent communication skills in order to provide flawless support
Proficient in Windows 10/11, Linux etc
Have a strong knowledge of all desktop and malware applications
Proficient in installation and troubleshoot for various software and hardware systems
Able to adapt to the work environment and good problem solving skills
Fast learner and team work oriented
Willing to be placed at Semarang

Bachelor or Diploma degree.
