Have experiences in HR at least 3 years
Fluent in English
Have good leadership and Communication

Job Description:

Manage employee relation & industrial relation
Prepare recruitment strategy, including sourcing candidate (such as job portal), along with building partnership with School and University
Responsible in recruitment end to end of direct contract and permanent employee
Create planning for company event program, and create strategy how to maintain and build the culture to connect with business needed
Monitor licensing documents relating to manpower and other government agencies, including the expatriate permit process
Creating and ensuring the HRGS SOP can be run properly, in prepare company regulations and monitoring government regulations if any updated
