• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of all division team members and oversee the daily operations of the hub.
• Conduct regular team meetings and gatherings to communicate goals, progress, updates, expectations, and achievements.
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff to enhance their knowledge, skills, and performance.
• Create and execute effective strategies to achieve all targets, including student growth, revenue, retention, marketing, service excellence, and overall hub performance.
• Monitor individual and team performance against targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and present regular event reports/checklists, including analysis and hub evaluations, to management.
• Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in delivering service to customers.
• Manage and resolve any operational issues affecting customer experience and hub performance.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management.
• English Proficiency Test with a minimum level of B2 (CEFR).
• At least 2 years of experience in branch management, especially in the hospitality or education industry, with prior experience as a team leader.
• Other: Based in Bandung or willing to relocate.
• Good knowledge of customer experience management, CRM, and data analysis.
• Target-orientated, agile, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
