Business Process Management Sub Section Head

Job Description

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining, Geology, Industry, Civil Engineering or related background.
• Having min 5 years of experience in process management and improvement, preferably from coal mining company (owner).
• Having knowledge and skill related to mining operations, management system, SWOT Analysis, KAIZEN and also having proper knowledge related to digitalization development will be a plus poin.
• Understanding and be familiar with the Mining Process, Sustainable Improvement Methods (PDCA, Sigma), Project Management, Business Process Management, Process Improvement and Process Mapping.
• Computer skills (e.g. Ms. Office, Visio /database),
• Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (field-brake will be fully accommodated to POH/KTP)

Responsibilities:

• Identify, create and participate in the implementation of the process improvement and process management that provides real value to the organization.
• Identifying subject matter experts to support multifunctional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, and compliance with policies & procedures.
• Analyze and develop business process diagrams and models for Support process design and redesign initiatives.
• Help create and maintain a self-service knowledge base to educate teams and allow ready access to SOPs and process maps.
• Active involvement to develop and implement : Corp Management System, Safety behaviour and Risk Management in internal working unit.
