Business Process Management Section Head

Job Description

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining, Geology, Industry, Civil Engineering or related background.
• Having min 8 years of experience in process management and improvement, preferably from coal mining company (owner).
• Understanding conceptual, strategic, and placement knowledge and skills such as: Business Process Improvement (BPI), Business Process Management (BPM), Business Process Reengineering (BPR-E), Project Management,  Management System, strategic management and Digatization development.
• Understanding how to identifying , define, combine, separate between BPM, BPRE, Improvement, Innovation and Digitalization project.
• Computer skills (e.g. Ms. Office, Visio /database).
• Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (field-brake will be fully accommodated to POH/KTP).

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical aspect and deployment strategic aspect on internal working Unit include manage a team.
• Having Active role to lead Business Process Mapping and indetified potential to improve area, and actively interact with key user.
• Review and control work progress from internal team (Quantity, Quality and Time bound aspects).
• Carry out operational aspects for the implementation of Process Management and Process Improvement within the company.
• Assist Manager to define strategic aspect and allign to integrated to operational level.
• Active involvement to develop and implement : Corp Management System, Safety behaviour and Risk Management in internal working unit.
